If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return it to the Bagivia Aftersales Warehouse within 35 days of receipt for a refund to your original form of payment.
Please note: returned items must be in new, unworn, unused, unwashed condition with all original tags, packaging and accessories. Any items that have been personalized or altered are considered final sale and are not accepted for return or refund.

Damages and Problems
Please always inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that the item is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, we will replace the item free of charge and provide a free return label so that you can return the damaged or defective item to us.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned, such as clearance items, sale items, all items marked "Final Sale," and personalized items. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about whether an item is returnable, please contact us to confirm before purchasing.
Please note: Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
The above return restrictions do not apply to returns of damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you need is to return your existing item as usual, then place an order for a new item once your return is approved.
Price Adjustments
If an item you purchased at full price is reduced in price within 7 days of purchase, and the item is still in stock, you can request a one-time price adjustment. Orders purchased with promotional codes, discounts, or "Final Sale" items are not eligible for price adjustments.
Refunds
You will receive a confirmation email once your package arrives at our warehouse. Once we receive and review your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited back to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note:
Your bank or credit card institution may take additional time to process and refund your money.
If the return does not comply with our return policy, the refund will be denied and the item may be returned to you.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
