We offer free standard shipping on orders over $89.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time, and there are some restrictions on PO Box delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience. Your order may take 1-3 business days to process, and we will email you a confirmation and tracking number once your package has shipped. Please note that during holidays and peak promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once shipped, your order will arrive via the shipping method you selected. Items in your order may be shipped separately. Your order status will be updated once all items have shipped. Note: Carrier delays may occur.

Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited delivery, please contact our customer service team and we will arrange it for you as soon as possible.
Shipping Time: 3 – 5 Days
Orders are shipped only on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding special holidays. No shipments are made on Sundays and no expedited delivery is available on Saturdays. All international orders are tracked, simply enter the tracking number from the email you received on the logistics website.
International Shipping and Customs
All prices at Bagivia are in US dollars. Prices quoted do not include your local sales tax or import duties, which may be added to your purchase upon entry. For international orders, additional fees (sales tax and duties) may apply depending on your region and local customs charges. Please check your country's import regulations before placing an order as these charges are borne by the recipient. Please note that delays caused by customs procedures are beyond our control and must be resolved by you.
All overseas orders are tracked whenever possible. Tracking is not available for some countries. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. If you would like to upgrade service or purchase additional insurance, please email order@bagivia.com before placing an order and a member of our team will arrange this for you. Any duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable.
Due to customs, legal, regulatory and certain practical restrictions that apply to international orders, some of our products may not be delivered to certain destinations outside of France. We reserve the right to determine which products can be delivered to your selected delivery country. Please note that many countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the customer's responsibility to check local customs regulations before placing an order for delivery outside of France. Bagivia cannot provide any assistance.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email from us when your order has been packed and is waiting to be dispatched from our warehouse by our partner carrier.
Once the goods are received, the carrier will contact you directly with tracking details, including an estimated delivery time.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or stolen, we will do our best to assist you. However, we are not responsible for lost packages if the sender confirms that the package has been delivered to the delivery address.
Shipping Policy
If you refuse delivery, the order will be returned to our distribution center and you will receive a refund for the goods and taxes paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not require a signature.
